Each participant must register to attend the conference.

Important notice: registration is complete after the form has been submitted and the conference fee paid.

CONFERENCE FEE

Each conference participant must pay the registration fee of 70 euros, by 30 June 2025 at the latest. The registration fee covers access to all conference sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, conference materials and the publishing of the paper in the conference proceedings (if accepted following peer review)

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

We accept ONLY bank transfers as a method of payment:

All fees should be paid in EUR (€). Please be aware that you are responsible for all bank charges for remittances. Failure to pay them will result in an incomplete registration.

Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline for the payment. Failure to pay the fee in full will result in an incomplete registration.

Conference fee invoices will be issued at/during the conference.
